  2. one thing I’ve learnt is VERY important, is that grains are THE most important thing to cure constipation…I’m 100% low fat WFPB…was very surprised to find that no matter how many veggies I ate, or water i drank, adding a grain like rice..oats…wheat..made all the difference…THEN I’m as regular as clock work….mere than once a day……my gastroenterologist told me this….made all the difference

  3. multi grains in Australia ARENT whole grain….they are usually white bread with some grains thrown in…whole meal /whole grain is superior

  4. I’m watching from Japan Thank you for you helpful and healthful informative programs. It helps me very much. For months now For months now I’ve been cooking brown rice but still with guilt because I’ve on a plant diet because I have a stage 3 breast cancer. Is it safe to wash brown rice and soak in salt and soda for 30 minutes before cooking?
